Section 3.29.530. Standards for informational form filings.

The informational form filing must  
		(1) include the proposed effective date of the filing;  
		(2) include a statement indicating whether the same forms have been filed for approval to be used with policyholders who do not qualify as exempt commercial policyholders under 3 AAC 29.545;  
		(3) include a statement that the filing is for policyholders who qualify as exempt commercial policy holders under 3 AAC 29.545;  
		(4) meet the filing procedures of 3 AAC 31.205 - 3 AAC 31.217 and 3 AAC 31.225; and  
		(5) comply with all form standards, trade practice requirements, and other applicable requirements of AS 21.
