(a) Each party to a hearing conducted under 3 AAC 52.130 may appeal the staff examiner's decision to the commission within 24 hours after that decision is issued. (b) Pending appeal, neither party may provide service to the applicant customer. (c) All appeals will be heard within three business days of filing, the commission's docket schedule permitting. (d) The scope of a public hearing held under (a) of this section in response to an appeal of a staff examiner's decision is limited to (1) review and consideration of the evidence and argument presented at the hearing conducted under 3 AAC 52.130; (2) affirming, reversing, or modifying the decision issued by the staff examiner.
