Section 3.75.050. Disbursement of loan proceeds.

Loan proceeds will be disbursed when  
		(1) requirements of the loan committee have been met; and  
		(2) the borrower is in compliance with all other provisions of AS 44.33.650 - 44.33.690, this chapter, and the loan documents.
