Section 3.91.150. Definitions.

Unless the context indicates otherwise, in this chapter  
		(1) "advisory council" means the Advisory Council on Cultural Facilities established by AS 44.33.400;  
		(2) "commissioner" means the commissioner of commerce, community, and economic development;  
		(3) "department" means the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development.
