(a) If a section of a larger publication or document is printed outside Alaska but all other steps are performed in Alaska, the product will be classified as a Class II Alaska product. (b) If printing of a publication or document is performed in Alaska but a finish step including binding, finishing, and trimming is performed outside Alaska, the product will be classified as a Class II Alaska product. (c) If printing of a publication or document is performed in Alaska but steps executed by a color trade house including preparation and proofing of plate ready film occur outside Alaska, the product will be classified as a Class II Alaska product.
