Section 4.31.220. Proof of insurance.

Except for a district that has an authorized self-insurance program under 4 AAC 31.205, each school district shall provide to the department a certificate of insurance, by July 1 of each year, that provides notice of the per occurrence and aggregate limits of coverage, and shall provide for 45 days' notice to the department of cancellation, termination, or any material change in policy conditions.
