Each district shall ensure that all personnel necessary to implement this chapter and 20 U.S.C. 1400 - 1482 (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act), as revised as of December 3, 2004, or a regulation adopted under 20 U.S.C. 1400 - 1482, are appropriately and adequately prepared, subject to the requirements of 4 AAC 04.210(j) and 34 C.F.R. 300.156, as revised as of October 13, 2006, and adopted by reference.
