The regulations contained in 4 AAC 52.090 - 4 AAC 52.790 must be construed, as far as practicable under AS 14.30.180 - AS 14.30.350, in accordance with 20 U.S.C. 1400 - 1482 (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act), as revised as of December 3, 2004, and the regulations adopted under it.
