The Alaska Board of Fisheries (board) finds that the following fish stocks are customarily and traditionally taken or used for subsistence: (1) herring and herring roe along the coast between Cape Prince of Wales and Point Hope; and (2) salmon, sheefish, char, and all other finfish in the salt waters and fresh waters of the Arctic-Kotzebue Area, except as specified in (1) of this section in the Kotzebue District.
