Section 5.01.580. Subsistence fishing permits; recordkeeping.

  • 	(a)  Salmon may be taken only under the authority of a subsistence fishing permit issued by the department; only one permit may be issued to a household each year. A subsistence fishing permit holder shall record daily salmon catches on forms provided by the department.  
    	(b)  Repealed 5/11/85.  
    	(c)  Repealed 3/14/2009.  
    	(d)  Dolly Varden may be taken in fresh water only under the authority of a subsistence fishing permit issued by the department; only one permit may be issued to a household each year. A subsistence fishing permit holder shall record daily Dolly Varden catches on forms provided by the department.
