In the portion of the Alaska Peninsula-Aleutian Islands Area west of Scotch Cap Light and east of 168_ W. long., king and Tanner crab may be taken for subsistence purposes only under the authority of a subsistence crab permit with a harvest report. The permit and harvest report must be carried by the permit holder at all times while subsistence fishing and any king and Tanner crab harvested shall be recorded by the permit holder immediately on the harvest report.
