(a) No more than 20 percent, by weight, of the shrimp on board a vessel may be pink shrimp or other pandalid species of shrimp. (b) Within the 24 hours after the completion of a trip, a CFEC permit holder must report the harvest for the trip, including discards, by species, to the department by telephone to a telephone number specified on the registration form at the time of registration. (c) The department will issue log sheets that must be completed and returned with each fish ticket to the department office in Anchorage or Cordova to the address specified on the log sheet. (d) The commissioner may require an onboard observer on a vessel during fishing operations.
