(a) Rectangular Tanner crab pots with all bait and bait containers removed and all doors secured fully open, and cone or pyramid Tanner crab pots with all bait and bait containers removed and all doors not secured closed, may be stored in the water only for (1) seven days following the season closure for Tanner crab in Registration Area D; (2) 72 hours following the season closure for Tanner crab in any portion of Registration Area D. (b) Ring nets with all bait and bait containers removed may be stored in the water as specified in (a) of this section.
