Section 5.35.500. Description of Registration Area J.

Registration Area J includes all Pacific Ocean waters south of the latitude of Cape Douglas (58_ 51.10' N. lat.), and west of 149_ W. long., and all Bering Sea and Pacific Ocean waters east of the Maritime Boundary Agreement Line as that line is described in the text of and depicted in the annex to the Maritime Boundary Agreement between the United States and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics signed in Washington, June 1, 1990, and as that Maritime Boundary Agreement Line is depicted on NOAA Chart #513 (7th Edition, June, 2004) and NOAA Chart #514 (7th Edition, January, 2004), adopted by reference.
