Latest version. 
  • 	(a)  Razor clams may not be taken on the east side of Cook Inlet from the Kenai River to the end of the Homer Spit.  
	(b)  Razor clams may not be taken from the Polly Creek certified beach (from Redoubt Point at 60_ 17.25' N. lat., 152_ 25' W. long., south to 60_ 13' N. lat., 152_ 34' W. long.) for any purpose other than for human consumption.  
	(c)  The following waters are closed to the commercial harvest of all clam and mussel species:  
		(1) the following waters within Kachemak Bay State Park:  
			(A) Mallard Bay, enclosed by a line from 59_ 40.10' N. lat., 151_ 08.10' W. long. to 59_ 40.70' N. lat., 151_ 07.20' W. long.;  
			(B) Rusty's Lagoon, enclosed by a line from 59_ 36.30' N. lat., 151_ 11.30' W. long. to 59_ 37.30' N. lat., 151_ 11.70' W. long.;  
			(C) Halibut Cove Lagoon, enclosed by a line from 59_ 35.10' N. lat., 151_ 10.80' W. long. to 59_ 35.10' N. lat., 151_ 11.40' W. long.;  
			(D) the head of Sadie Cove, enclosed by a line from 59_ 27.90' N. lat., 151_ 20.30' W. long. to 59_ 27.90' N. lat., 151_ 21.30' W. long.;  
			(E) the head of Tutka Bay, enclosed by a line from 59_ 24.60' N. lat., 151_ 17.80' W. long. to 59_ 25.10' N. lat., 151_ 17.80' W. long.;  
			(F) waters of China Poot Bay east of a line from 59_ 33.90' N. lat., 151_ 17.50' W. long. to 59_ 33.40' N. lat., 151_ 17.50' W. long.;  
			(G) the intertidal beach along Shipwreck Cove in China Poot Bay enclosed by a line from 59_ 34.34' N. lat., 151_ 18.11' W. long., to 59_ 34.26' N. lat., 151_ 17.96' W. long., to 59_ 34.20' N. lat., 151_ 17.94' W. long., to 59_ 34.19' N. lat., 151_ 17.81' W. long., to 59_ 34.13' N. lat., 151_ 17.75' W. long., to 59_ 34.13' N. lat., 151_ 17.77' W. long., to 59_ 34.19' N. lat., 151_ 17.96' W. long., to 59_ 34.26' N. lat., 151_ 17.98' W. long., to 59_ 34.33' N. lat., 151_ 18.14' W. long., as marked by ADF&G regulatory markers located in the upper intertidal area;  
			(H) the intertidal beach by Otter Rock in Peterson Bay enclosed by a line from 59_ 34.78' N. lat., 151_ 17.84' W. long., to 59_ 34.70' N. lat., 151_ 17.68' W. long., to 59_ 34.79' N. lat., 151_ 17.68' W. long., as marked by ADF&G regulatory markers located in the upper intertidal area;  
		(2) the waters and intertidal beaches of Bear Cove east of a line from a point on the mainland at 59_ 43.37' N. lat., 151_ 04.60' W. long. to a point on Bear Island at 59_ 43.59' N. lat., 151_ 04.20' W. long., and from 59_ 43.76' N. lat., 151_ 04.05' W. long. on Bear Island to 59_ 44.12' N. lat., 151_ 02.90' W. long. on the mainland.  
	(d)  Repealed 8/23/2009.
