Section 5.75.002. Liability for violations.

Latest version.

Unless otherwise provided in 5 AAC 47 - 5 AAC 75, or in AS 16,  a person who violates a provision of 5 AAC 47 - 5 AAC 75 is strictly liable for the offense, regardless of that person's intent.
