Section 5.92.090. Unlawful methods of taking fur animals.

  • The following methods and means of taking fur animals under a hunting license are prohibited, in addition to the prohibitions in 5 AAC 92.080:  
    		(1) by using a dog, trap, snare, net, or fish trap;  
    		(2) by disturbing or destroying a den;  
    		(3) a person who has been airborne may not take or assist in taking a fur animal until after 3:00 a.m. following the day in which the flying occurred; this paragraph does not apply if the person is at least 300 feet from the airplane at the time of taking.
