(a) Fees for permits issued by the department under 5 AAC 92.064 for access to the Stan Price State Wildlife Sanctuary (Pack Creek) are as follows: (1) for a day use permit for the periods from June 1 through July 4 and from August 26 through September 10, the fee is $10 per person per day; (2) for a day use permit for the period from July 5 through August 25, the fee is $25 per person per day; (3) for a day use permit for all periods for a person under 16 years of age or a person 62 years of age or older, the fee is one-half of the applicable fee set out in (1) or (2) of this subsection. (b) There is no access fee for a scientific or educational permit. (c) There is no access fee for a commercial outfitter or guide permitted to operate at Pack Creek.
