Section 6.25.023. Assisting voter by election official.

At locations where there is an Accu-Vote precinct tabulator, if a voter marks a ballot in a manner that causes the precinct tabulator to reject the ballot, the voter may request assistance from an election official. Under these circumstances, the election official is considered to be acting under the authority of AS 15.15.240.
