  • The commission's staff will make a written record of an inquiry. Anonymous inquiries will be accepted. The purpose of this record is to document the volume and nature of inquiries and to establish the date of initial contact with the commission if the inquirer later files a complaint. The commission will not disclose its record of individual inquiries unless required by law or court order. Statistical compilations of inquiries will be released periodically.
