Section 6.30.375. Finality of staff decisions.

	(a)  A dismissal of a complaint by commission staff is a final agency action for the purposes of judicial review.  
	(b)  Review of dismissals under AS 18.80.112(c) is limited to those instances in which the commission, on its own volition, determines review furthers the purposes of AS 18.80.
