Beginning at the intersection of the eastern bank of Noyes Slough and Johansen Expressway; then southwesterly along the centerline of Johansen Expressway to its intersection with the Alaska Railroad right-of-way; then easterly along the centerline of the Alaska Railroad right-of-way to its intersection with an unnamed road; then southerly along the centerline of the unnamed road and its extension to its intersection with Chena River; then westerly along the northern bank of Chena River to its intersection with Peger Road; then northerly along the centerline of Peger Road to its intersection with the City of Fairbanks boundary; then easterly along the City of Fairbanks boundary to its intersection with College Road; then easterly along the centerline of College Road to its intersection with Mary Leigh Avenue; then southerly along the centerline of Mary Leigh Avenue to its intersection with O'Connor Road; then easterly along the centerline of O'Connor Road to its intersection with Noyes Slough; then northeasterly along the northern bank of Noyes Slough to the point of beginning.
