Beginning at the intersection of the northern bank of Chena River and Cushman Street Bridge; then southerly along the centerline of Cushman Street to its intersection with Airport Way; then northwesterly along the centerline of Airport Way to its intersection with Lathrop Street; then northeasterly along the centerline of Lathrop Street to its intersection with 9th Avenue; then northeasterly along the centerline of 9th Avenue to its intersection with Bonnifield Street; then northeasterly along the centerline of Bonnifield Street and its extension to its intersection with Chena River; then southeasterly along the northern bank of Chena River to the point of beginning.
