Beginning at the intersection of Airport Way and Peger Road; then northerly along the centerline of Peger Road to its intersection with Phillips Field Road; then westerly along the centerline of Phillips Field Road to its intersection with Chief Thomas Drive; then southerly along the centerline of Chief Thomas Drive to its intersection with Chief William Drive; then westerly along the centerline of Chief William Drive and its extension to its intersection with Chena River; then westerly along the centerline of Chena River to its intersection with University Avenue Bridge; then southerly along the centerline of University Avenue, following the City of Fairbanks boundary, to its intersection with 19th Avenue; then easterly along the centerline of 19th Avenue to its intersection with Roosevelt Street; then northerly along the centerline of Roosevelt Street to its intersection with 17th Avenue; then easterly along the centerline of 17th Avenue to its intersection with Market Street; then northerly along the centerline of Market Street to its intersection with N.
