Beginning at the northern intersection of the boundaries of the City of Fairbanks and the Fort Wainwright Military Reservation; then southerly along the Fort Wainwright Military Reservation boundary to its intersection with Trainor Gate Road; then southeasterly along the centerline of Trainor Gate Road to its intersection with River Road; then southerly along the centerline of River Road to its intersection with Chena River; then northwesterly along the western bank of Chena River to its intersection with the Fort Wainwright Military Reservation boundary; then southeasterly, northeasterly, and southwesterly along the Fort Wainwright Military Reservation boundary to the point of beginning.
