Beginning at the intersection of Community Way and the City of Fairbanks boundary; then westerly along the City of Fairbanks boundary to its intersection with Creamer Lane; then northerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to an unnamed creek; then northwesterly along the thread of the unnamed creek to its intersection with Farmers Loop Road; then northeasterly along the centerline of Farmers Loop Road to its intersection with Ski Boot Hill Road; then northerly along the centerline of Ski Boot Hill Road to its intersection with an unnamed road; then westerly and northerly along the centerline of the unnamed road to its intersection with Goldstream Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Goldstream Creek to its intersection with the abandoned Alaska Railroad; then northeasterly along the abandoned Alaska Railroad to its intersection with the Trans-Alaska Pipeline; then northeasterly along the centerline of the Trans-Alaska Pipeline to its intersection with Washington Creek; then easterly along the thread of Washington Creek to its intersection with the Elliott Highway; then southerly along the Elliott Highway to its intersection with the Steese Highway; then southerly along the Steese Highway to the point of beginning.
