Beginning at the intersection of Chena River and Parks Highway; then southwesterly along the northern bank of Chena River to its intersection with Tanana River; then southeasterly along the northern bank of Tanana River to a non-visible point on the Fort Wainwright Military Reservation boundary, east of Wenrich Island; then southeasterly along the Fort Wainwright Military Reservation boundary to its intersection with Bonnifield Trail; then easterly and northerly along the centerline of Bonnifield Trail to its intersection with Tanana River; then westerly along the northern bank of Tanana River to its intersection with an unnamed creek; then westerly along the thread of the unnamed creek to its intersection with Airport Perimeter Road; then easterly along the centerline of Airport Perimeter Road to its intersection with University Avenue S.; then northeasterly along the centerline of University Avenue S. to its intersection with Mitchell Expressway; then northwesterly along the centerline of Mitchell Expressway to the point of beginning.
