Beginning at the intersection of the United States-Canadian border and the winter trail just north of Bilwaddy Creek; then southwesterly along the centerline of the winter trail to its intersection with Strangle Woman Creek; then southwesterly along the thread of Strangle Woman Creek to its intersection with Coleen River; then southwesterly along the thread of Coleen River to its intersection with Pass Creek; then northwesterly along the thread of Pass Creek to its headwaters; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Seven Dikes Mountain; then northwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the intersection of Monument Creek and Sheenjek River; then southwesterly along the thread of Sheenjek River to its intersection with Koness River; then northwesterly along the thread of Koness River to its intersection with Vanticlese Creek; then northwesterly along the thread of Vanticlese Creek to its intersection with Old John Lake; then northwesterly along the eastern shoreline of Old John Lake to its intersection with an unnamed stream on the northeastern-most corner; then northwesterly along the thread of the unnamed stream to its intersection with Solomon Lake; then northwesterly along the western shoreline of Solomon Lake to its intersection with an unnamed stream; then westerly along the thread of the unnamed stream to its intersection with Island Lake; then northwesterly along the eastern shoreline of Island Lake to its intersection with Tritt Creek; then northwesterly along the thread of Tritt Creek to its intersection with the City of Arctic Village boundary; then southwesterly along the City of Arctic Village boundary to its intersection with an unnamed stream and a foot trail; then southwesterly along the centerline of the foot trail to its intersection with Christian River; then southeasterly along the thread of Christian River to its intersection with Yukon River; then westerly along the thread of Yukon River to its intersection with Lower Birch Creek; then southeasterly along the thread of Lower Birch Creek to its intersection with Beaver Creek; then southerly along the thread of Beaver Creek to its intersection with Moose Creek; then southeasterly along the thread of Moose Creek to its intersection with the power line; then southerly along the power line to its intersection with the Yukon Flats National Wildlife Refuge boundary; then easterly along the Yukon Flats National Wildlife Refuge boundary to its intersection with Grayling Fork River; then easterly along the thread of Grayling Fork River to its intersection with Tikan Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Tikan Creek to its intersection with the United States-Canadian border; then northerly along the United States-Canadian border to the point of beginning.
