Beginning at the intersection of the Fort Wainwright Military Reservation boundary, Richardson Highway, and the Eielson Air Force Base boundary; then easterly and northerly along the Eielson Air Force Base boundary to its intersection with Chena River; then westerly and northerly along the southern bank of Chena River to its intersection with an unnamed street; then westerly and southerly along the centerline of the unnamed street to its intersection with Richardson Highway; then easterly along the centerline of Richardson Highway to its intersection with the Fort Wainwright Military Reservation boundary; then southerly along the Fort Wainwright Military Reservation boundary to its intersection with Piledriver Slough; then southerly, easterly, and westerly along the thread of Piledriver Slough to the Tanana River; then southeasterly along the eastern bank of the Tanana River to Twentythree Mile Slough; then northeasterly along the eastern bank of Twentythree Mile Slough to its intersection with Ringo Avenue; then easterly along the centerline of Ringo Avenue and its extension to its intersection with the Eielson Air Force Base boundary at Prince Street; then northwesterly along the Eielson Air Force Base boundary to the point of beginning.
