Beginning at the intersection of Birch View Drive and Seward Meridian Road; then northerly along the centerline of Seward Meridian Road to its intersection with E. Bogard Road; then northeasterly, easterly along the centerline of E. Bogard Road to its intersection with N. Lagoon Drive; then southerly along the centerline of N. Lagoon Drive to its intersection with the northern shoreline of Finger Lake; then southwesterly along the northern and western shoreline of Finger Lake to its intersection with the non-visible point-to-point line extending from the eastern shoreline of Cottonwood Lake; then westerly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with the eastern shoreline of Cottonwood Lake at a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the western shoreline of Cottonwood Lake; then southwesterly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with the western shoreline of Cottonwood Lake; then southeasterly, northeasterly along the eastern and southern shoreline of Cottonwood Lake to the mouth of Cottonwood Creek; then following along the thread of Cottonwood Creek to its intersection with the southeastern shoreline of Mud Lake; then southwesterly along the southeastern shoreline of Mud Lake to the intersection of a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the southeast shoreline of Mud Lake to E. Birch View Drive; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the southeast shoreline of Mud Lake to E. Birch View Drive to its intersection with E. Birch View Drive; then westerly along the centerline of E. Birch View Drive to the point of beginning.
