Beginning at the intersection of the City of Wasilla boundary and S. Fern Street; then northerly along the centerline of S. Fern Street to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending from E. Riley Avenue east of S. Center Point Drive; then northerly along the non-visible point-to-point line extending from E. Riley Avenue east of S. Center Point Drive to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the intersection of W. Gateway Avenue and Easy Street; then northeasterly along the non-visible point-to-point line extending from the intersection of W. Gateway Avenue and Easy Street to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the eastern shore line of Lake Lucille; then northeasterly along the non-visible point-to-point line extending from the eastern shoreline of Lake Lucille to its intersection with the eastern shoreline of Lake Lucille; then northeasterly along the eastern shoreline of Lake Lucille to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the Alaska Railroad west of the end of W. Railroad Avenue; then northeasterly along the non-visible point-to-point line extending from the Alaska Railroad west of the end of W. Railroad Avenue to its intersection with the Alaska Railroad; then southeasterly along the Alaska Railroad to its intersection with Lucille Street; then northerly along Lucille Street to its intersection with the City of Wasilla boundary; then following the northern, eastern, and southern boundary of the City of Wasilla to the point of beginning.
