Beginning at the intersection of Lucile Creek and W. Big Lake Road; then northeasterly along the centerline of W. Big Lake Road to its intersection with the City of Houston boundary; then following the southern and eastern boundary of the City of Houston to its intersection with Little Susitna River at the northern boundary of the City of Houston; then easterly along the thread of Little Susitna River to its intersection with Silver Drive; then easterly along the centerline of Silver Drive to its intersection with Sasbo Bluff Road; then southerly, easterly along the centerline of Sasbo Bluff Road to its intersection with Tote Street; then southerly along the centerline of Tote Street to its intersection with N.
