Beginning at the intersection of S. Vine Road and S. Knik-Goose Bay Road; then northeasterly along the centerline of S. Vine Road to its intersection with Lucile Creek; then easterly, southeasterly, and northeasterly along the thread of Lucile Creek to its intersection with Foothills Boulevard; then southerly along the centerline of Foothills Boulevard to its intersection with S. Knik-Goose Bay Road; then northeasterly along the centerline of S. Knik-Goose Bay Road to its intersection with W. Fairview Loop; then southwesterly along the centerline of W. Fairview Loop to its intersection with Hayfield Road; then southerly along the centerline of Hayfield Road to its intersection with W. Demaroe Circle; then southerly along the centerline of W.
