Beginning at the northwestern-most corner of the City of Valdez boundary; then easterly along the City of Valdez boundary to its intersection with Mineral Creek; then southwesterly along the thread of Mineral Creek to its intersection with Mineral Creek Road; then southerly along the centerline of Mineral Creek Road to its intersection with Mineral Creek Drive; then southerly along the centerline of Mineral Creek Drive to its intersection with Hanagita Street; then easterly along the centerline of Hanagita Street to its intersection with Hazelet Avenue; then southerly along the centerline of Hazelet Avenue to its intersection with Ferry Way; then southwesterly along the centerline of Ferry Way to its intersection with Port Valdez; then southerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Allison Creek; then southerly along the thread of Allison Creek to its intersection with the Trans-Alaska Pipeline Valdez Marine Terminal boundary; then westerly along the Trans-Alaska Pipeline Valdez Marine Terminal boundary to a non-visible point north of the Chugach National Forest boundary; then southerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the northeastern corner of the Chugach National Forest boundary; then southerly along the Chugach National Forest boundary to its intersection with the City of Valdez boundary; then westerly, northerly, and easterly along the City of Valdez boundary to the point of beginning.
