Beginning at the intersection of an unnamed stream north of Maid Lake and the eastern bank of Susitna River; then northeasterly along the eastern bank of Susitna River to its intersection with Caswell Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Caswell Creek to its intersection with the Alaska Railroad; then southerly along the Alaska Railroad to its intersection with Kashwitna River; then northeasterly, easterly, and southeasterly along the thread of Kashwitna River to its intersection with Bartholf Creek; then southerly along the thread of Bartholf Creek to its headwaters at the intersection with the Talkeetna Mountains; then southwesterly through the Talkeetna Mountains to its intersection with Bald Mountain Ridge; then southwesterly along Bald Mountain Ridge to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending from Deception Creek; then southwesterly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with Deception Creek; then southwesterly and westerly along the thread of Deception Creek to its intersection with the winter trail at the northern boundary of the City of Houston; then northerly, westerly, southerly following along the City of Houston boundary to its intersection with Power Line ROW; then westerly following Power Line ROW to its intersection with Little Susitna River; then westerly and southwesterly along the thread of Little Susitna River to its intersection with the Power Line ROW; then southerly, westerly, southerly, westerly, and northerly along the Power Line ROW to its intersection with the southeastern shoreline of Butterfly Lake; then southerly, northwesterly, southwesterly, westerly, and northeasterly along the shoreline of Butterfly Lake to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line; then westerly, northerly, westerly, southerly, westerly, northerly, westerly, southwesterly, westerly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with Fish Creek; then southwesterly along the thread of Fish Creek to its intersection with Alfred Creek Trail; then northwesterly, westerly along the centerline of the Alfred Creek Trail to its intersection with Power Line ROW; then westerly along Power Line ROW to its intersection with an unnamed creek; then southwesterly along the thread of the unnamed creek to the point of beginning.
