Beginning at the intersection of E. Palmer Wasilla Highway and Power Line ROW; then northerly along Power Line ROW to its intersection with N. Michelle Christine Place; then northerly along the centerline of N. Michelle Christine Place to its intersection with N. Cotswald Circle; then northerly along the centerline of N. Cotswald Circle to its intersection with N. Larkspur Hill Circle; then northerly along the centerline of N. Larkspur Hill Circle to its intersection with Power Line ROW; then northerly along Power Line ROW to its intersection with E. Bogard Road; then easterly along the centerline of E. Bogard Road to its intersection with N. Trunk Road; then northeasterly along the centerline of N. Trunk Road to its intersection with N. Palmer Fishhook Road; then southeasterly along the centerline of N.
