Beginning at the intersection of Glenn Highway and the City of Palmer boundary just north of E. Outer Springer Loop; then northeasterly along the City of Palmer boundary to its intersection with E. Moore Road; then easterly along the centerline of E. Moore Road to its intersection with Glenn Highway; then northeasterly along the centerline of Glenn Highway to its intersection with Inner Springer Loop; then southeasterly along the centerline of Inner Springer Loop to its intersection with the Alaska Railroad; then northeasterly along the Alaska Railroad to its intersection with E. Arctic Avenue; then westerly along the centerline of E. Arctic Avenue to its intersection with W. Arctic Avenue; then westerly along the centerline of W. Arctic Avenue to its intersection with Scott Road; then westerly along the centerline of Scott Road to its intersection with the City of Palmer boundary; then northerly and easterly along the City of Palmer boundary to the point of beginning.
