Beginning at the intersection of the western bank of Matanuska River and Rabbit Slough; then southwesterly along Rabbit Slough to its intersection with Dike Road; then northeasterly, northwesterly along the centerline of Dike Road to its intersection with a power line; then northerly following along the power line to its intersection with E. Grandview Road; then northeasterly along the centerline of E. Grandview Road to its intersection with Glenn Highway; then northeasterly along the centerline of Glenn Highway to its intersection with the City of Palmer boundary; then easterly following the City of Palmer boundary; then westerly, southerly, westerly, and northerly following the City of Palmer boundary to its intersection with the western bank of Matanuska River; then southwesterly along the western bank of Matanuska River to the point of beginning.
