Beginning at the intersection of the mouth of Crocker Creek and the northern shoreline of Knik Arm; then easterly along the northern shoreline of Knik Arm to its intersection with the mouth of Wasilla Creek; then northwesterly, northeasterly along the thread of Wasilla Creek to its intersection with a power line south of E. Crane Road; then northerly along the power line to its intersection with the Alaska Railroad; then northeasterly along the Alaska Railroad to its intersection with S. Abby Road; then northwesterly along the centerline of S.
