Beginning at the intersection of the mouth of an unnamed creek west of Edmonds Lake Park and a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the Municipality of Anchorage boundary; then northerly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with the Municipality of Anchorage boundary; then northeasterly, southerly, and easterly along the Municipality of Anchorage boundary to its intersection with the Chugach National Forest boundary; then westerly along the Chugach National Forest boundary to its intersection with Power Line ROW; then northeasterly along Power Line ROW to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending from Peters Creek; then northerly along the non-visible point-to-point line extending from Peters Creek to its intersection with Peters Creek; then northwesterly along the thread of Peters Creek to its intersection with Glenn Highway; then northeasterly along the centerline of Glenn Highway following along the Chugach State Park boundary to its intersection with Parks Creek; then southwesterly, northwesterly along the thread of Parks Creek to its intersection with Glenn Highway; then northeasterly along the centerline of the Glenn Highway to its intersection with an unnamed stream west of Edmonds Lake Park; then northwesterly along the thread of the unnamed stream to the point of beginning.
