Beginning at the intersection of N. Eagle River Loop Road and Old Glenn Highway; then northeasterly along the centerline of Old Glenn Highway to its intersection with Carol Creek; then southerly, easterly, and northeasterly along the thread of Carol Creek to its intersection with the Chugach State Park boundary southeast of Wallace Wind Drive; then westerly, southerly, and easterly along the Chugach State Park boundary to its intersection with Meadow Creek; then southwesterly along the thread of Meadow Creek to its intersection with E. Eagle River Loop Road; then northerly along the centerline of E. Eagle River Loop Road to its intersection with N. Eagle River Loop Road; then northwesterly along the centerline of N. Eagle River Loop Road to the point of beginning.
