Beginning at the intersection of Donna Drive and Turpin Street; then easterly along the centerline of Donna Drive to its intersection with Krane Drive; then easterly along the centerline of Krane Drive to its intersection with Donna Drive; then easterly along the centerline of Donna Drive to its intersection with Turpin Street; then northerly along the centerline of Turpin Street to its intersection with Glenn Highway; then easterly along the centerline of Glenn Highway to its intersection with the common boundary of Elmendorf Air Force Base and the Municipality of Anchorage; then northerly along the common boundary of Elmendorf Air Force Base and the Municipality of Anchorage to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the common boundary of Municipality of Anchorage and Fort Richardson Military Reservation to Provider Drive; then easterly along the centerline of Provider Drive to its intersection with Oilwell Road; then northeasterly along the centerline of Oilwell Road to its intersection with the common boundary of Elmendorf Air Force Base and the Municipality of Anchorage; then northeasterly along the common boundary of Elmendorf Air Force Base and the Municipality of Anchorage to its intersection with Muldoon Road; then southerly along the centerline of Muldoon Road to its intersection with Duben Avenue; then westerly along the centerline of Duben Avenue to its intersection with Patterson Street; then southerly along the centerline of Patterson Street to its intersection with Fredricks Drive; then westerly along the centerline of Fredricks Drive to its intersection with Jordt Circle; then westerly along the centerline of Jordt Circle to its intersection with E. 6th Avenue; then westerly along the centerline of E. 6th Avenue to its intersection with Turpin Street; then southerly along the centerline of Turpin Street to the point of beginning.
