Beginning at the intersection of the non-visible extended centerline of E. 20th Avenue and Boniface Parkway; then northerly along the centerline of Boniface Parkway to its intersection with E. 6th Avenue; then easterly along the centerline of E. 6th Avenue to its intersection with Staedem Drive; then easterly along the centerline of Staedem Drive to its intersection with Edward Street; then southerly along the centerline of Edward Street to its intersection with Debarr Road; then easterly along the centerline of Debarr Road to its intersection with Beaver Place; then southerly along the centerline of Beaver Place to its intersection with an unnamed road; then westerly along the centerline of the unnamed road to its intersection with the Nunaka Valley Park boundary; then westerly and northerly along the Nunaka Valley Park boundary to its intersection with the non-visible extended centerline of Craig Drive; then westerly along the non-visible extended centerline of Craig Drive to its intersection with Craig Drive; then westerly along the centerline of Craig Drive to its intersection with Penn Circle; then southerly along the centerline of Penn Circle to its intersection with E. 20th  Avenue; then westerly along the centerline of E. 20th Avenue to its intersection with the non-visible extended centerline of E. 20 th Avenue; then westerly along the non-visible extended centerline of E. 20th Avenue to the point of beginning.
