Beginning at the intersection of Boniface Parkway and E. Northern Lights Boulevard; then northerly along the centerline of Boniface Parkway to its intersection with E. 20th Avenue; then easterly along the centerline of E. 20th Avenue to its intersection with Penn Circle; then northeasterly along the centerline of Penn Circle to its intersection with Craig Drive; then easterly along the centerline of Craig Drive to its intersection with the Nunaka Valley Park boundary; then easterly and southerly along the Nunaka Valley Park boundary to its intersection with Beaver Place; then southerly along the centerline of Beaver Place to its intersection with Baxter Road; then southerly along the centerline of Baxter Road to its intersection with E. Northern Lights Boulevard; then westerly along the centerline of E. Northern Lights Boulevard to the point of beginning.
