Beginning at the intersection of E. 36th Avenue and Latouche Street; then northerly along the centerline of Latouche Street to its intersection with E. Benson Boulevard; then easterly along the centerline of E. Benson Boulevard to its intersection with E. Northern Lights Boulevard; then easterly along the centerline of E. Northern Lights Boulevard to its intersection with Lake Otis Parkway; then southerly along the centerline of Lake Otis Parkway to its intersection with E. 36th Avenue; then westerly along the centerline of E. 36th Avenue to the point of beginning.
