Beginning at the intersection of W. 25th Avenue and Minnesota Drive; then northerly along the centerline of Minnesota Drive to its intersection with Chester Creek; then easterly along the thread of Chester Creek to its intersection with Westchester Lagoon; then northeasterly through Westchester Lagoon to its intersection with Chester Creek; then northeasterly and southeasterly along the thread of Chester Creek to its intersection with C Street; then southerly along the centerline of C Street to its intersection with W. 22nd  Avenue; then westerly along the centerline of W. 22nd Avenue to its intersection with D Street; then southerly along the centerline of D Street to its intersection with W.
