Beginning at the intersection of the Knik Arm shoreline and the mouth of Ship Creek at a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the Municipality of Anchorage boundary; then northwesterly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with the Municipality of Anchorage boundary; then northeasterly along the Municipality of Anchorage boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the Elmendorf Air Force Base boundary north of Tidewater Road; then southeasterly along the non-visible point-to-point line to the Elmendorf Air Force Base boundary north of Tidewater Road; then southerly and westerly along the Elmendorf Air Force Base boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending from Elmendorf Air Force Base; then easterly, southwesterly, and southeasterly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with the Elmendorf Air Force Base boundary; then easterly along the Elmendorf Air Force base boundary to its intersection with E. Bluff Drive; then southeasterly along E. Bluff Drive to its intersection with the Elmendorf Air Force Base boundary; then easterly, northeasterly along the Elmendorf Air Force Base boundary to its intersection with the Alaska Railroad; then southwesterly, southerly, northwesterly, and southwesterly along the Alaska Railroad to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line east of Small Boat Launch Road; then northwesterly, northeasterly, northerly, and northwesterly to the point of beginning.
