Beginning at the intersection of the mouth of Ship Creek; then southeasterly along the thread of Ship Creek to its intersection with the Alaska Railroad; then northeasterly, easterly along the Alaska Railroad to its intersection with Ocean Dock Road; then southeasterly along the centerline of Ocean Dock Road to its intersection with Whitney Road; then northeasterly along the centerline of Whitney Road to its intersection with N. A Street; then southerly, southwesterly along the centerline of N. A Street to its intersection with W. 3 rd Avenue; then westerly along the centerline of W. 3rd  Avenue to its intersection with H Street; then southerly along the centerline of H Street to its intersection with W. 9th Avenue; then westerly along the centerline of W. 9th Avenue to its intersection with the non-visible extended centerline of W. 9th  Avenue; then westerly along the non-visible extended centerline of W. 9th Avenue to its intersection with the Knik Arm shoreline; then northeasterly along the Knik Arm shoreline to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the Municipality of Anchorage boundary; then northwesterly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with the Municipality of Anchorage boundary; then northeasterly along the Municipality of Anchorage boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the mouth of Ship Creek; then southeasterly along the non-visible point-to-point line to the point of beginning.
