Beginning at the intersection of W. 9th Avenue and H Street; then northerly along the centerline of H Street to its intersection with W. 3rd Avenue; then easterly along the centerline of W. 3rd Avenue to its intersection with N. A Street; then northerly along the centerline of N. A Street to its intersection with Ship Creek; then easterly along the thread of Ship Creek to its intersection with E.
