Beginning at the intersection of the Knik Arm shoreline and the western boundary of Earthquake Park; then southerly along the western boundary of Earthquake Park to its intersection with Point Woronzof Road; then westerly along the centerline of Point Woronzof Road to its intersection with Postmark Drive; then southerly along the centerline of Postmark Drive to its intersection with W. International Airport Road; then easterly along the centerline of W. International Airport Road to its intersection with Minnesota Bypass; then southerly along the centerline of Minnesota Bypass to its intersection with Raspberry Road; then westerly along the centerline of Raspberry Road to its intersection with Arlene Street; then southerly along the centerline of Arlene Street to its intersection with W. 69th Court; then westerly along the centerline of W. 69th Court to its intersection with Smaldon Street; then northerly along the centerline of Smaldon Street to its intersection with Raspberry Road; then southwesterly and westerly along the centerline of Raspberry Road to its intersection with the Kincaid Park boundary; then southwesterly along the Kincaid Park boundary to its intersection with Jodhpur Street; then southerly along the centerline of Jodhpur Street to its intersection with the Turnagain Arm shoreline at a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the Municipality of Anchorage boundary; then southerly along the non-visible point-to-point boundary to its intersection with the Municipality of Anchorage boundary; then westerly, northwesterly, and northeasterly along the Municipality of Anchorage boundary, including Fire Island, to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the eastern Earthquake Park boundary at the Knik Arm shoreline; then southeasterly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with the Knik Arm shoreline; then westerly along the Knik Arm shoreline to the point of beginning.
